Medical transportation pro unloads in Kew Gardens Hills

Michael S. Vatch sold a home at 14009 68th St. in Kew Gardens Hills to Avigail Shmulewitz and Rafael Shmulewitz for $475,000 on June 15.
Mr. Vatch has served as director of operations at TransCare Corp., a company that provides medical transportation services for health care institutions and municipalities. He has also worked with MetroCare and as New York City 911 paramedic.
He holds a B.S. degree from Touro College.
There were 155 home sales in the Kew Gardens Hills in 2008, with median price of $463,000.
