Brooklyn cardiologist sells 5BD in Jamaica Estates

Dr. Luther T. Clark and Camille Jackson C. Clark sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 42 Midland Parkway in Queens to Prudential Relocation Inc. for $ 802,500 on Sept. 2.

The 1,774-square-foot house was built in 1945 in the Jamaica Estates/Holliswood neighborhood.

Dr. Clark is a cardiologist and internist who has served as a professor of clinical medicine and the chief of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. He's also served as the director of the Adult Cardiology Training Program and Chief of Cardiology Services at the Kings County Hospital Center.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard College and his medical degree from the Harvard University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,528 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
