Nathan Erlich and Dr. Stanley Erlich sold a home at 144-46 75th Ave. in Queens to Tamara Yakubova for $480,000 on Oct. 13.

The Erlichs paid $520,500 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 1,360-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the Kew Gardens Hills neighborhood.

Mr. Erlich is an attorney with a private firm in Forest Hills. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, corporate, banking, finance and tax law.

He holds an LL.M. from the Boston University School of Law in Boston, Mass., an LL.M. and LL.B. from the University of London. He also has a bachelor's degree in economics from Monash University in Victoria, Australia.

Dr. Erlich is based in Flushing and has been an anesthesiologist, family practitioner, geriatrician and preventive medicine practitioner for 21 years. He earned his M.D. from the University of Melbourne.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,708 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $426,800.
