Eylan Schulman bought a 1,179-square-foot home at 187-15 Aberdeen Road in Queens from Pura and Harry C. Anderson for $615,000 on Oct. 29.

The two-story house was built in 1950 in Jamaica Estates.

Schulman currently works as assistant corporate counsel at New York City law department. In addition to that, he serves as an adjunct faculty at the St. John's University School of Law.

He received his B.A. from the State University of New York in Albany and his J.D. from the St. John's University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 13,132 home sales in Queens during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $535,000.
