Standard & Poor's exec purchases Murray Hill home

Yanling Lei and Kenny Wang bought a home at 41-08 170th St. in Queens from Paul Zajac and Kathryn M. Evans for $615,000 on April 23.

The 2,050-square-foot house was built in Murray Hill neighborhood.

Lei is the senior sharepoint developer at Standard & Poor's, a global leader in credit ratings and credit risk analysis.

She previously was a programmer analyst at AIG Investments, a software engineer at Wolters Klumer and an associate vice president at Merrill Lynch.

She graduated from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Wang and Lei bought a home at 40-07 189th St. in Queens for $670,000 in May 2006 and at 41-42 170th St. in Queens for $610,000 in Nov. 2009.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,754 home in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $419,000.
