The 2,440-square-foot house was built in 1950 in Jamaica Estates/Holliswood.

Wachstock is an occupational therapist in Hollis.

Goldis-Wachstock also is an occupational therapist.

Dr. Cytryn was a cardiologist in the Department of Medicine at the New York University Langone Medical Center.

He formerly was an attending physician at the Bellevue Cardiac Clinic for 40 years.

He received his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine.

He died in 2009.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,846 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
