The Helferiches paid $610,000 for the property in Jan. 2007. The 2,388-square-foot house was built in 1925 in Glendale.

Cortney Worrell has been the director of health services and a mental health counselor at the State University of New York - Maritime College. She also leads the Maritime Intervention Team for the college.

She formerly was a social worker at Case Western Reserve University.

She received her M.S.S.A. in social administration from Case Western Reserve University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,846 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
