Oppenheimer & Co. executive settles in Queens

Medium 428d8f2d2ec214fe3e9e50cef39d2ac2 Christopher Lazos bought the five-bedroom, two-bath home at 22-29 124th St. from Milton A. Vallejo for $385,000 on May 20.

Vallejo paid $636,000 for the property in May 2006. The 2,400-square-foot house was built in 1910 in College Point.

Lazos has been the senior director of the private client division of Oppenheimer & Co.

He previously worked as the senior vice president of private wealth management at Maxim Group LLC and as a financial adviser at Ehrenkrantz King Nussbaum Inc.

He attended the New York Institute of Technology - Old Westbury.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,846 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
