Dr. Nigel Verasami and Vidya Ramcharan bought condo Unit PHK at 209-90 23rd Ave. from North-Shore Long Island Jewish Health System Foundation for $400,000 on May 27.

The three-story condo development was built in 1975.

Dr. Verasami is a physician at North Shore-LIJ Health System, where he specializes in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.

He received his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2004. His residencies in internal medicine and in geriatric medicine were both completed at New York Medical College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 609 condo sales in the Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $290,000.
