Grazia Ambrosini and Antonio Blandina bought the two-bedroom, two-bath home at 20-62 28th St. from Eric and Virginia Johnson for $565,000 on May 26.

The Johnsons bought the house for $540,000 in March 2008. The 1,600-square-foot house was built in 1945 in Steinway.

Ambrosini has been a research scientist at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

She attended the Universita degli Studi dell' Aquila.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 8,846 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $415,000.
