Moving co. owner sell Queens condo

Medium 28caa4be15169cdafd76d0ff9af3fffb Robyn A. Hounsell and Khafila O. Abiola sold a two-bedroom, one-bath condo at 15 35th Ave. in Queens to Armand Graham for $427,500 on April 14.

Hounsell and Abiola paid $390,000 for the property in April 2008. The 1,150-square-foot condo, Unit #2B, is part of the 76-15 35th Ave. condominium development which was built in 1937 in Jackson Heights. It is located in the Jackson Heights Historic District.

Mr. Hounsell is owner at Devon & Pembrokeshire Moving & Storage, a boutique moving service in New York City.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Leicester in England.

Ms. Abiola is a senior IT recruiter at Genesis10, a business and technology firm. She previously was an IT recruiter at Andiamo Partners.

She attended Cornell University, Swarthmore College and the University of Maryland-College Park.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 531 condo sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $290,000.
