Gloria Pradas sold a home at 12-46 Beech Court Circle in College Point to Elvira Pellarin and Paul Pellarin for $540,000 on May 19.

The 2,066-square-foot house was built in 1950.

Pradas has served as a global executive search specialist at Arrow Electronics, a provider of products and services to industrial and commercial users of electronic components.

She has also served as an employment manager at Litton Systems and Amecom Division.

Home sales in College Point have dropped nearly 60 percent in 2008. The median sales price is also down from $495,000 in 2007 to $458,000 so far this year.
